HOT TUB: The hot tun runs constantly, heating and filtering the water. Please keep it covered and secured with a lock when not in use. The lock is necessary to protect the safety of children and neighbors. Please keep the cover on when not in use to prevent heat loss and maintain the hot tub warm. Please shower before using the hot tub - do not use it with sand or oil on your body. The hot tub is not recommended for the elderly, young children, persons in poor health, or pets. If you are pregnant, please consult your doctor first.

TRASH: 3 large red trash cans be located to the right of the garage (when facing the house). DO NOT leave trash at the house. Please make sure all trash is in tied bags in the garbage containers and that the trash can lids and closed and locked. DO NOT leave trash bags outside the containers - let's not tempt bears, raccoons and other critters. Trash pickup is on Tuesday so please put the trash cans by the mailbox at the top of the hill on Monday night and prior to your departure.

RECYCLING: Recycling is not being picked up but you can drop off free of charge on Bumble Bee Road or off of Rt. 219 on Kings Run Road.

PARKING: Park on the driveway, by the EV charger shed or on the street. Do not park on the grass. We have space for up to 7 cars. 

SINK GARBAGE DISPOSAL: Use the right side of the double sink for the garbage disposal. Do not put any food in the left side of the sink. To use the disposal, run the water and only put small quantities of food down the disposal.

SEPTIC SYSTEM: Please put only toilet paper down the toilets. Please, DO NOT place diapers, wipes, sanitary napkins, etc. down the toilers - please put them in the trash. DO NOT put cooking grease down the drains.
